The homelab is the proof. It is a small k3s cluster run through GitOps, where AI agents open pull requests, pass the same CI gates as anyone else, and reach credentials only through a secret broker. When something breaks, the post-mortem ends up here: what failed, why it looked fine, and the rule that came out of it.
